  My family and I eat here frequently. At least once a week. For some reason when we order through the drive thru, our order is almost always incorrect. It's not only until I get home and open my "to go " box that I realize I was given the wrong item. It's super frustrating. Today we received the wrong beef item and our food looks like we were served the leftover stuff. It is lukewarm, soggy and I barely got any protein in my green beans and chicken.
  
  I have to say I am super dissatisfied with my lunch today. Happy Sunday :(

  This evening I was very disappointed with my meal. I frequent this PE 2-3 times a month and am normally pleased with my selection. This evening I got a bowl with mushroom chicken. The serving was 95% mushrooms and large pieces of squash. As the young man packed my order I ask about the amount of chicken or lack there of and he tried to tell me that during the cooking process the chicken can take on the look of mushrooms.
  My mother was waiting in the car and I had dental surgery this morning so was not in the mind set to debate the matter.
  Like I said, normally I am very pleased with the food and service but not tonight.

  9Aug2019 - Panda mgt addressed the issue, sent me a gift card for a meal and made things right.
  I have not had a bad experience since and still frequent this location a couple of weeks a month!

  Worst place ever. It's a fast food place, meaning you should get your food fast. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food, without an explanation. Was in the drive through, they asked me to pull around for 2 plates and a few sides. Never came out to give the food or explain what happened. Had to park and go in, not even an apology. Never again. Worst customer service

  The only reason we contemplate this location is the drive through option. However, after several attempts to eat at this location we have concluded that the service and issues experienced here negatively outweigh that benefit. Maybe Panda Express is not suitable as a drive through restaurant, but they are are always behind and force several cars at a time to park and wait for the food. They also make errors to the orders almost every-time. Today, we left without ordering because they had 3 cars in the parking area waiting and they were out of white rice. How can a Chinese restaurant be out of white rice.
  If I was the owner of the restaurant I would be deeply disturbed by what is happening at this location.
